Upon receipt of your request for proposal, we will review all information and arrange the exchange of drawings and specifications needed to estimate all work mentioned. If the work mentioned consists of existing construction, a  (free of charge) field visit may be required to confirm the bid documents are accurate. At the conclusion of our review, we will submit to you a written proposal indicating the scope of work, clarifications, exclusions, and a quoted sum for the work to be performed.
